Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am EST.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- The sauna is accessed from outside off of the main level deck (to the left side of the house).
- Guests can access the lower deck from the game room.
- This property has three exterior security cameras: #1 is on the front of the garage facing the driveway; #2 is on the side of the garage facing the front door of the home; #3 is on the upper back deck facing the lower driveway. No camera is pointed toward the interior of the home or common gathering areas.
Policies and Rules
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- We are pet friendly. We welcome up to two mature, well-trained dogs for your stay. Pet rent is $25+tax per night.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No events allowed.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
Fees and Payments
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Pet rent is $25+tax per night (for up to two mature, well-trained dogs).
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.

- Home has paved parking with space for six standard vehicles.
- Free parking is provided.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Towels and bed linens will be provided for you.
- Well stocked kitchen with cooking basics, oven, stove, toaster, dishwasher, ice-maker, and high-speed internet.
- Clothes washing machine and dryer are provided.
- There is a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- We do not provide hair dryers.
Safety and Emergency Information
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- This property has three exterior security cameras for security (locations specified above).
- Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
